ACC employs a qualified staff with ample experience working with refugees and immigrants. ACC staff practice a holistic method of providing services, sharing resources and maintaining a team approach to assisting clients. 16 languages including Amharic, Arabic, Dinka, French, Hindi, Kiswahili, Oromo, Somali, Spanish, and Russian are represented. Ethnic, religious and cultural diversity is also reflected. All staff contributes to the needs of agency clients due to their dedicated concern for refugees.
