ACC employs a qualified staff with ample experience working with refugees and immigrants. ACC staff practice a holistic method of providing services, sharing resources and maintaining a team approach to assisting clients. 16 languages including Amharic, Arabic, Dinka, French, Hindi, Kiswahili, Oromo, Somali, Spanish, and Russian are represented. Ethnic, religious and cultural diversity is also reflected. All staff contributes to the needs of agency clients due to their dedicated concern for refugees. Current full-time staff is as follows;

ACC Support Staff

Director, Jennifer Kroeck Gueddiche. 
Ms. Gueddiche holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in International Development Studies from the university of Denver. She has over eight years experience working with refugees, community resources and fundraising. Additionally, she has several years experience working with low income housing programs. Bookkeeper, Haregewoin Weledmariam.
Ms. Weledmariam is an immigrant from Ethiopia and received a grant of asylum in 2001. She is currently a student in accounting at The Community College of Denver. In addition, Ms. Weledmariam has two years of accounting experience and four years of administrative experience.
